- “Food Storage Secrets”- DVD set – How to preserve the food you already have. Perfect for beginners!
- Survival Seed Supply Kit For One Acre – Split this up with family & neighbors and work together!

This week Chele shares her experiences trying to get a free credit report and ways you can avoid the frustration she encountered. Checking your credit report each year is very important, as is knowing what the information means, but don’t just look for the word “free”. Usually there is a membership to join or some kind of upsell and these employees are trained to keep your business, no matter how many times you tell them “no”.
Chele also tells about the fun she had testing out a flip video camera and some fun dolls that are sure to brighten your day and help your worries disappear. For links to these resources, please visit Moms Love Shopping.

Online shopping is very convenient but you can waste a lot of time looking for just the right item. And who has time to search millions of websites that come up after a simple Google search?
This week Chele talks about two new search functions that make your online shopping experience even easier and more convenient. StyleFeeder is like your personal online shopper who looks for specific clothing styles that match your preferences. And eBay just got easier to search with its Shopping and Discovery search function. Now you can focus on only those auctions that have the particular item you want.

Are you taking a STAYcation instead of a VAcation this summer? Many people are due to the rising fuel costs and it’s a fabulous time to look at your hometown with new eyes. Visit your Chamber of Commerce to get a list of attractions, events, or activities. Some towns offer attraction discounts to residents to reward them for supporting the local businesses.
A staycation is also a great time to do those projects that you never seem to find the time for during the school year. Many retailers are having sales on home improvements, decorating, and landscaping items for those who want to keep busy.
No matter what your summer plans are, stay safe and have fun with your family! If you missed any of the links from the show, visit Moms Love Shopping.
