Wonder Years Radio – Show #30

April 16, 2008 by Christina

If you are frustrated with the lack of nutritional foods being served in our schools, listen in as I speak with Ann Cooper from www.LunchLessons.org as she shares how the school cafeterias plan their menus and how she worked to change the lunch program in her district in California. Within two years of taking over the lunch program in Berkeley, they switched from high-fat, frozen meals to healthy, organic meals that the children love.

My “big announcement” at the end of the show is that Wonder Years Radio is for sale. If owning a podcast fits your business plan or if you’re passionate about educating parents about elementary school issues, feel free to look at our stats and contact me with any questions. Many thanks to all our supporters!
