Something fun has been afoot and I just have to insert a footnote.
One night last week some of my online friends gathered in a web conference room to cut loose and hang out with each other – and it turned into an impromptu virtual matchmaking session with Tammy Munson showing a pic of a family friend, Seth, to my Mom’s Morning Show co-host, Tishia Lee.
One thing led to another and now they’re twittering and emailing each other – is that fun or what? (Listen to Tuesday’s Mom’s Morning Show archive to hear all about it.)
Now… I don’t know Seth, but I do know Tishia and I feel like there are couple things Seth really ought to know.
So here we go…
What Seth Should Know About Tishia:
- She takes words very seriously, so don’t throw them around carelessly.
- She’s a great housekeeper. Her home is neat as a pin and she actually loves to do dishes… strange but true!
- She’s not a needy woman. Maybe in the past… but not anymore, not in a long time. If she gives her heart to a man it will be because she loves him, not because she needs him.
- She’s a giver. Even when she has been pinched herself I’ve seen her reach into her pocketbook to help someone else out.
- She’s a doer. She has always been there for others, willing to pitch in and help out.
- This past year she grew what I call a set of ‘Big Balls’ and started to believe that she is worth as much as I’ve known she was worth for as long as I’ve known her.
- She’ll make someone an amazing wife someday… and I hope that the man who wins her will treasure her as a spouse as much as I treasure her as a friend.
