I wanted to pick up on something you mentioned about the violence being partly due to our diet.
I couldn’t agree with you more. I know when my Candida is way out of control I almost feel “bi-polar”.
And it’s amazing how great and even tempered I am when I’ve cut back my overgrowth.
I just know that our diet and health has so much to do with more than just the typical diseases one might think of…and temper and violence is one of them.
