The Cravings Coach #19

August 11, 2008 by Christina

Diana is joined this week by Laurie Orndorff, who has done vast amounts of research about the dangers of artificial sweeteners. In part 1 of their interview, Laurie explains how aspartame was developed, why it got FDA approval even though some doctors were against it, the hidden animal study that was never given to the FDA, and what one renowned brain surgeon has to say about the correlation between aspartame and the increase in brain cancer.

It’s a real eye opener so try to curb or eliminate your use of artificial sweeteners in your own diets. Next week Laurie and Diana will talk about one woman who was actually been poisoned by aspartame, suffered horrible symptoms, yet lived to tell her story.

Thanks for that info! Years ago I started drinking diet coke and have been striving to get fully off because I know it’s so bad and not natural. Thanks for the reminder!
