This week Diana is joined by Carrie Lauth of Natural Moms Talk Radio and they are discussing coffee! It’s one of our favorite morning drinks and so many of us depend on that burst of caffeine to get our days started but Diana and Carrie talk about the dangers of caffeine and how it can negatively affect the body.
Carrie finally decided to give up her daily dose of coffee (gasp!) and she shares how and why she did so. Even just a cup or two each day can have a negative effect on your body but you can slowly eliminate it from your diet for long lasting benefits.
