A good shopping cart is one of the most important things a product seller needs to be successful online. If it’s too complicated or not secure, you run the risk of losing customers. Yet if it’s too “bare bones” then it will not benefit your merchandise and you will still lose customers.
Michelle’s guest this week is Jennie Willis of Tutti Frutti Kids and she shares her early troubles with setting up her online store with a host who was slow to answer her questions and a cart that did not have the functions she wanted.
