Dave believes that customer service ought to be one of your top priorities in business. If people like you, they will be more likely to do return business with you, or will make referrals to friends. This was how Dave first started out because the internet in 1992 was in its infancy stage and nothing like it is today.

    Customer Service is extremely important in person or online. One must also offer follow up to their customers. We’ve actually accured customers because businesses haven’t followed up or returned calls.
    And no, we’re not always the least expensive.
