This week author David Goldbeck joins us to talk about getting kids to eat their vegetables. He has co-authored a book called The ABCs of Fruits and Vegetables and Beyond.
His thought is that if we can normalize produce and get kids interested in it at a young age in a non-threatening way (by reading stories, doing games and such), they’ll be less likely to turn up their noses at the dinner table.
