Tishia Lee was joined by Chele Neisler, Cara Mirabella and Treece Smolinksi.
Treece brought up the topic of working with VA’s and how overwhelmed she feels because she has so much work that she doesn’t know where to start or what to hand off to a VA. She asked Tishia some questions about it and Tishia gave her some suggestions for things a VA could do to make her feel more comfortable in her decision to hand off some work.
Lynette made a comment in the chat about how we need to stop treating our businesses as our own but as companies.
Cara and Chele each took a couple minutes to share what is going on this week with their podcasts.
