Kelly McCausey was joined by Carrie Lauth, Tishia Lee, Cara Mirabella, Chele Neisler and Treece Smolinski.
Kelly talked about her interview for Wahm Talk Radio this week which led the ladies into conversation about motherhood. Mother’s need encouragement and hope instead of always hearing the negative aspects of motherhood. After a vent there should be hope and encouragement. Kelly shared that one of the things her guest and her did not agree on was shame. Her guest voiced that she wished people wouldn’t feel shame because shame doesn’t do anyone any good but Kelly said shame is what shows you have a conscience. All mother’s have done something in a moment of anger that they have felt shame over but it’s also usually a learning experience. If you haven’t listened to the show you can hear it here.
Treece shared that yesterday her and one of her daughter’s were interviewed by a newspaper in Minnesota for a story about Pre-Wrap. Tishia shared about a huge transcription project she was contacted about & how they are working out details right now. Treece also shared that she couldn’t stop thinking about yesterday’s call and the topic of little suckers. She said she’s considering outsourcing some things that are sucking a lot of time.
The last bit of the show the ladies talked about article marketing. Carrie shared that article marketing isn’t bringing in the traffic it used to. In the chat, Lynette mentioned that she gave up article marketing and went to guest blogging which seems to be more fruitful for her.
