This Week’s Theme: Writing Your Way Home
Today Kelly started the conversation out talking about getting paid to blog. They talked about Izea and Pay Per Post. The conversation moved from the direction of having a site (mentioned above) pay you to post on your blog but instead having someone pay you to post on their blog.
The conversation turned to how long blog posts should be. Some say that a post should be between 150-200 words, some say 350 but there isn’t a correct answer. Kelly pointed out that a blog post should be as long as it needs to be to get the point across.

Kelly made an announcement to mark your calendars for September 11-13th. She hasn’t given any details other than it’s brilliant. So mark your calendar in pencil as brilliant for those days & she’ll share more details later.
