Mom’s Morning Show Crew Members Tishia Lee and Kelly McCausey ran the show today.
This Week’s Theme: Customer Appreciation
Kelly and Tishia took the conversation to customer service on the ‘bad’ level. Kelly shared about a bad experience she had with a worker at Burger King and how the girl argued with her about whether the sandwich was right or not. Kelly ordered a sandwich that was shown (as a picture) on the menu. She took the sandwich back to the lady and told her it was wrong. The girl argued with her about it and then argued with her about whether there was a picture on the menu or not. Kelly walked away after ‘dropping’ her sandwich on the counter, hard enough that it made lettuce fly out.
Tishia shared about her bad experience with Old Navy and how awful she was treated. It was a huge ordeal and Tishia was offended by how she was treated.
On the Phone:
Treece Smolinksi – Treece called in to share that she was trying to give good customer service but the lady was yelling at her and just not happy no matter what Treece tried to do for her.
