This week my guest Alyssa Avant from A Writer for Hire tells her tale of very poor customer service at a well-known copy center.
Customer service is lacking in many businesses and for a variety of reasons. Have you gone into a store recently - any store - and been able to find anyone who can help you find your product? Are any of the cashiers you meet during a day the least bit friendly or moving quickly?
We don’t pretend to have any answers but it sure is annoying that we, the consumers, are spending money everyday and have to deal with grumpy cashiers or retail workers who have no idea where things are located.
