This interview is a snippet from an interview I did with Tara 2 years ago for Celebrating Womens Day. Tara defines goals in simple words and talks about an easy formula for goal setting - she also gives examples that we can all relate to. Although the interview was from 2006, the tips she shared still apply - her formula for goal setting is very doable and will help you come up with your own goals easily.
