Frugal WAHMs Talk Radio Show #76

First we wanted to welcome one of our newest hosts, Tina McAllister. We are so blessed to have her join the show! Talk about a FUNNY lady! She will bring such a fresh aspect to our show and we are just blessed to have her as part of the family! Tina explained what ghost writing is and how she does that as a living with all of its ups and downs.

We touched base a little bit about the BIG controversy that happened over the weekend with Motrin Moms and Twitter! We also discussed a sometimes touchy subject, which is DEPRESSION and how it can easily effect our work at home community! From feeling isolated while working from home and wanting and needing more human contact on a daily basis to dealing with the upcoming holidays and the tough economy!

We all shared how depression has effected us personally, how we have dealt with it and we left NOTHING out. We all opened up and shared from our hearts in hopes of helping other work at home moms out!
