Kelly McCausey and Tishia Lee were the Mom’s Morning Show Crew for the day. They carried on the theme of the week and shared a lot of small talk.
This Week’s Theme: Breaking Out of Your Comfort Zone in Life and Business.
Kelly and Tishia closed the show with Kelly sharing some thoughts on coming out of your comfort zone. Tishia shared that one of the things that holds her back with the newsletter mailing is that she is afraid that people will come to expect things. That led Kelly into talking about expectations and how if you break out of your comfort zone to become someone you aren’t you will feel frustrated by the expectations you think people have but if you break out of your comfort zone to be the same person you are then you won’t feel pressured to meet expectations that you can’t deliver.
The show was ended a few minutes early due to some technical issues.

This week Barbara has her very first male guest!
John Van Regenmorter from Stepping Stones Ministry describes infertility from the male perspective. Very often women suffer through the infertility testing and worrying by themselves because it is so often thought of as a woman’s problem. In fact, nearly 40% of infertility can be attributed to male infertility issues.
It was only after his wife wrote and published an article about infertility that John realized just how much she had been suffering and how unsupportive he had been. Becuse of the overwhelming response from the article, the couple wrote a book and now work together in their ministry to help other couples handle the stresses of infertility.

Mom’s Morning Show crew Tishia Lee, Tammy Munson and Carrie Lauth came together today to carry on the theme for this week. This Week’s Theme: Breaking Out of Your Comfort Zone in Life and Business.
Tishia shared about how yesterday during a consulting call with Tammy, Tammy helped her step out of her comfort zone and send out a mailing to her subscribers offering a discount on her VA services until the end of the month. Tishia admitted that it was difficult for her and she actually hesitated for several minutes before pushing the send button!
Carrie shared something funny her 9 year old son Caleb shared this morning and it goes along with how women lack confidence where men seem to be more confident and think they have great things to offer the world.
In regards to what Carrie said Tishia said that what’s the worst thing that can happen if you try something? You mess up and fail but it’s not really a big deal. Tammy piped in to say that she thinks it’s harder for women to fail at things because they take care of so many other things for so many other people.
On the Phone:
Lady Serenity called in to share that she is new to Blog Talk Radio and she has her own show launching on April 11th. She shared about how she relates to the coming out of your comfort zone issue too.
Coach Marla also called in to share her opinions/thoughts about coming out of your comfort zone. She also shared with us something she wrote called Jump, which goes right along with stepping out of your comfort zone. You can find more information and the quote Jump on the website.

Product Sellers Talk Radio – Show #26
March 27, 2008 by Christina · Leave a Comment
This week Michelle shares her Top 10 list for finding wholesale vendors and suppliers. If you are manufacturing your own product, you need vendors who will sell you supplies at wholesale costs. If you are a retailer, then you need suppliers who will sell you completed products for you to resell.
It’s very important to do a lot of research and ask a lot of questions of each vendor so that you fully understand all the wholesale terms and so you know what to expect when you place an order. Sometimes it takes multiple phone calls to several different vendors before finding one you can depend on and whose terms you can meet.
Doing research upfront before starting your business will help reduce stress later on.

Mom’s Morning Show crew Tishia Lee, Annette Yen and Carrie Lauth joined forces today to carry on the theme for this week. Yesterday there was a lot of talk about coming out of your comfort zone in your personal life so today the ladies took it to the business level.
This Week’s Theme: Breaking Out of Your Comfort Zone in Life and Business.
Tishia shared that the one area in business that she still hasn’t stepped out of her comfort zone yet is the same thing that’s been holding her back for awhile now – the newsletter. She shared that she can’t seem to take it past the ‘introduction’ email they get when they sign up. Carrie shared that Tishia’s fear of rejection is pretty normal and that it is a big step starting a newsletter. Annette gave the ‘just do it’ phrase. And honestly that’s the main thing – you need to just do it!
Annette, in reference to a comment in the web chat about being afraid to approach new people, talked about how in direct sales you have to get on the phone and call new people and how that can be a huge thing. But in order to expand your business it’s something that has to be done and you can’t let your comfort zone hold you back.
Carrie shared about coming out of your comfort zone to create information products. Treece called in to talk about how she has an info product 80% completed but fear and her comfort zone are holding her back from finishing up the rest of the product. Carrie shared her experiences with what it was like creating her info products.
