Food allergies are becoming more common in kids but also more dangerous. Keeping food allergic kids safe at school should be a priority but many schools do not know the importance of having the entire staff trained in food allergy safety.

My guest this week is Maria Acebal, the founder of www.FoodAllergySafe.org. This is a non-profit organization that provides in-service food allergy safety training.
