It’s Manic Monday today on Mom’s Morning Show.
Special Guest:Trisha Ashworth, co-author of “I Was a Really Good Mom Before I Had Kids.”
Trisha authored the book with Amy Nobile who wasn’t able to join in for the show today. The picture to the right is of both authors, Trisha is on the left and Amy on the right. Trisha shared that they came up with the title for the book because it seemed to fit with how they felt about parenting before they had kids. They (and most moms) had all these preconceived ideas and expectations of what parenting would be like only to find out it wasn’t what they expected.
Tune into the archives, if you missed the show, to listen to Trisha give some advice on how to say no and feel good about it, how to not fall into the trap of competing with other mothers and what’s next for her and Amy.
