It’s Work at Home Wednesday! If you haven’t listened to Kelly’s Wahm Talk Radio from this week yet make sure you go have a listen because it goes right along with what we talked about this morning – negative Nelly’s and those who do nothing but talk about the bad things about working from home.
Tishia shared that she used to be negative Nelly and after her last Work at Home Wednesday rant, about how she lacks time for the things she wants to do, that she realized how working from home isn’t a negative thing but a blessing! Let’s stop focusing on the pros and share the cons!
Danna Crawford shared about how she used to work two jobs to try to make ends meet and on the side started researching eBay. She didn’t throw caution to wind and start eBay selling slowly but instead jumped right in and here it is many years later and she is a very successful eBay business seller. Mom’s Morning Show #42

It’s tackle it Tuesday on Mom’s Morning Show. Kelly and Tishia didn’t have a ‘plan’ as to what they were going to talk about tackling but one of their listeners shared something she needed to tackle and wasn’t sure how to handle the situation. She shared that her 18 year old highschool daughter has a five week old baby and is under a lot of stress with school, parenting, etc. The listener was looking for some advice on how to tackle the situation and Kelly shared that the most important thing is for her to provide support to her daughter and be there when she needs her.

Mom’s Morning Show #41

It was Manic Monday today and it truly started off as a manic one for Kelly as she had to make a mad dash to town for kitty food and get back in time for the show. Tishia said it wasn’t really a manic Monday but she had wasted some time she shouldn’t of so it set her back a few minutes and then she found herself running a few minutes late for the show.
Kelly talked about the Hooker Mom Snorts Cocaine Off Baby’s Stomach While Breastfeeding story that was submitted over at Mum dinger and the reaction in the chat room was pretty much the same from everyone – total disbelief and disgust and no one understood how a mom could do that. She also shared about the 100 Ways to Cut 100 Calories story that was submitted. Don’t forget, if you have newsworthy stories you can submit them at Mum Dinger.
Not submitted on Mum Dinger but still something worth talking about was the story Tishia shared regarding Craigslist and the young woman that was murdered. She (the young woman) was checking out a job lead for a nanny and her body was found in the trunk of her car. The young man was someone that didn’t even need a nanny – he was living at his parents house. He is now in the custody of local authorities for murder!

Mom’s Morning Show #40

This morning Kelly and Tishia shared about the outpouring of love, support and help that has been given to Tishia over the past couple days. The grand total given to Tishia was $1,284.67 so not only does she have the money to pay her electric bill she also has enough to go back to the hospital with the money she needs upfront for some medical tests. And even after those expenses she still has enough to go grocery shopping! Thank you to everyone who has come together to help Tishia in this time of need!!!
Kelly and Tishia didn’t have a fun-filled Friday because the conversation was deep into helping those around us and the possibility of a non profit organization to help moms. Moms Eleven would be the name and it would be a commitment of $11.00 a month. It’s still in the ‘talking’ stages but most everyone agrees it’s a good idea and how awesome it would be to help one mom a month!
